@Beth: that concern is on this end of the state, too. Many school districts spend a lot of time consulting with their legal teams about what can and can&#039;t be blocked. I think parts of the guidelines are purposefully vague, and it&#039;s easier to make a blanket decision that cancels out everything than it is to go in and make exceptions here and there.

Personally, if I could stand in front of legislators today to help re-write CIPA and COPPA, I&#039;d do it in a heartbeat.</description>
