Michelle...I love this visuals with the words. One thing that I want to continue to work on as a principal is listening to my staff. I am a "go getter" and am continuously trying to push myself. What I need to do a lot, is stop and listen MORE to my staff and ensure that they feel listened to. I always catch what they say and process it, but I know that there are ways I can do this so they know I value what they say. Thanks for the reminder! I am putting "LISTEN" over my computer in my office at the start of the school year because of this post.

Great use of visuals to tell your leadership story. Asking the right questions and listening are elements that effective leaders must deploy if an organization is going to embrace the changes our students need in today's classrooms.
Thanks for sharing.
