I completely agree with you; there are those who are brilliant thinkers and have great things to say, but sometimes taking the first step and initiating a conversation among peers, colleagues, and others in the same profession can be intimidating. By using twitter or even commenting on blogs really does 'melt' those icebreaker moments some of us dread:) Thanks for all of your great thoughts! Michelle -

I completely agree with you; there are those who are brilliant thinkers and have great things to say, but sometimes taking the first step and initiating a conversation among peers, colleagues, and others in the same profession can be intimidating.
